Little Logan’s Farm

Netherlands

Little Logan’s Farm, located in the Hudson Valley, NY, is proud to be a certified Biocyclic Vegan Farm as of May 2025. Under the management of Frances Gonzales and Eric Linn, the farm is dedicated to advancing truly sustainable agriculture through ethical, plant-based growing methods that respect the planet, ecosystems, and all living beings.

By following the rigorous Biocyclic Vegan Standard, Little Logan’s Farm produces food using closed-loop, soil-building systems without synthetic chemicals or animal-based inputs. This certification reflects the farm’s long-standing commitment to transparency, ecological responsibility, and regenerative land stewardship.

At Little Logan’s Farm, biocyclic vegan methods are applied to produce high-quality, chemical-free vegetables, praised for their superior taste and quality. Chefs working with the farm’s produce often comment on the distinct flavor, attributing it to the purity of the biocyclic vegan farming process. As one chef noted, “You can taste the purity in the final product, even though chemicals and animal products are invisible to the eye.”

Peaceful Palate Solutions left a video review from one of their events expressing that they’ve never tasted vegetables as delicious as those grown using these methods.

Little Logan’s Farm is also closely connected with Vegan Wines collaborating to promote impactful changes in both ethical farming and conscious consumption. Together, they are working toward a more sustainable and compassionate future.

Little Logan’s Farm became certified according to the Biocyclic Vegan Standard in May 2025 as the first biocyclic vegan operation in the United States.

Little Logan’s Farm: “Setting a New Standard for Truly Animal-Free, Regenerative Agriculture”

In a landmark moment for ethical farming in North America, Little Logan’s Farm in New York’s Hudson Valley has become the first officially certified Biocyclic Vegan farm in the United States. Led by Frances Gonzalez—best known as the founder of Vegan Wines and VegFest Puerto Rico—the farm is setting a new standard for truly animal-free, regenerative agriculture. With this certification, Gonzalez is not only cultivating cruelty-free produce but also laying the groundwork for a new era of education, hospitality, and advocacy centered on sustainable, plant-based living.

We spoke with Frances to learn more about this certification, her ambitious plans to establish the farm as a national hub for bicyclic vegan training, and how she’s bringing together food, wine, and ethics under one visionary umbrella.
