Biocyclic Vegan agriculture: growing organic and vegan!
In his lecture, Axel Anders will introduce biocyclic vegan agriculture, which is completely plant-based and which entirely refrains from livestock farming and the use of fertilizers of animal origin, such as manure, dung and slaughterhouse waste. Furthermore, Axel will address the reservations and myths that vegan organic farming currently still faces and that despite its obvious benefits, is slow to gain a foothold in society.
At the end of the lecture, there will be space for discussion.
