Vegan diets and organic farming: opportunities, challenges, and impacts on nutrition, food security and the environment
“We will discuss vegan agriculture and food systems. We will assess their nutritional, environmental and food-security performance, and challenges related to crop rotation design, adequate nutrient supply as well as processing and dietary quality will be addressed. We will also touch on the broader societal debate around vegan agriculture and vegan diets.”
